1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with Toran. If you find that the service doesn't meet your needs, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all initial subscription purchases.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and your account usage (AI chats, widget views) must be within reasonable "trial" limits.
2. Subscription Renewals
Refunds are generally not provided for subscription renewals. We send email reminders before your subscription renews (for annual plans) to give you ample time to cancel if you no longer wish to use the Service.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@toranhq.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The transaction ID from your receipt
- A brief explanation of why the service didn't meet your expectations (this helps us improve!)
4. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed through Paddle, our billing partner. It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Note: This Refund Policy is part of our broader Terms of Service. Toran reserves the right to refuse refund requests that we believe are fraudulent or in violation of our anti-abuse policies.
