Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Toran website, services, and software (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service & Delivery Model

Toran provides an Intelligent Lead Capture and Multi-channel Messaging Platform as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. We enable businesses to connect with visitors via WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, Discord, Slack, and other messaging channels through customizable widgets and automated routing.

Service Delivery: Our service is entirely automated and software-driven. Toran does not provide human-driven services, manual consulting, or managed services as part of its standard subscription offerings. All messaging logic, routing, and analytics are provided via our automated cloud platform.

Affiliation Notice:

We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Account Registration & Security

2.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2.2 Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Toran is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

3. Subscription & Billing

3.1 Pricing & Regional Tiers

The Service is offered on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly). Toran utilizes Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) adjusted pricing based on your geographic location. Regional pricing is determined at the time of subscription and is subject to verification.

3.2 Founder Lock-in

Users qualifying as "Founding Members" are entitled to permanent price protection on their selected tier. This rate is guaranteed for the life of the account, provided the subscription remains active and in good standing.

3.3 Payments

All payments are processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to their Terms and Conditions and authorize recurring charges.

3.4 Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases. If the service does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, provided usage is within reasonable trial limits.

4. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or unauthorized advertising via WhatsApp.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

WhatsApp Integration Specifics:

You must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy. Usage that results in a ban of your WhatsApp number is your sole responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its "look and feel," proprietary content, and functionality, is the exclusive property of Toran and its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you upload, granting us a license solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TORAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Total Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising out of the Service shall be limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
