Getting Started
How do I install Toran on my website?
Copy the script snippet from your Toran Dashboard and paste it before the
</body> tag on your website. For WordPress, use the official Toran plugin. For Shopify, paste
in theme.liquid. Full platform guides: WordPress,

How do I add agents to my widget?
Go to Dashboard → Agents and click "Add Agent". Enter their WhatsApp number (with country code, no spaces or dashes), display name, and timezone. Round-robin routing activates automatically with 2+ agents.
My widget isn't showing. What do I check?
1. Confirm the script is placed before </body>, not in the
<head>.
2. Check Console (F12) for JavaScript errors.
3. Verify your Site ID matches what's in your dashboard.
4. Disable any Content Security Policy headers that might block external scripts.
Routing & Scheduling
How does round-robin routing work?
When a visitor clicks the widget, Toran selects the next available agent in rotation — factoring in whether they are currently within their scheduled working hours and timezone. Agents who are "off shift" are skipped.
Can I show different agents based on the page the visitor is on?
Yes. Use URL-based routing rules in your dashboard. For example: if the visitor
URL contains /pricing, route to your Sales team. If the URL contains /support, route to your Support team.
